Your Firefox addons & tools

Post by Admin on Sun 16 Apr - 12:57

In Firefox there are various useful and interesting tools that can help us :

You can find them in  the TOOLS menu :   (=OUTILS =HERRAMIENTAS)
All tools are accessible using shortcuts ; but the shortcut will depend on your language (installation)
so you will have to find YOUR shortcut ... (you can see them on the TOOL menu ...)

1 : To read the source code of a firefox (and chrome) webpage, just press <CTRL> + u

2 : To check how a webpage is built, and go (more) directly to the "part" that is interesting you (the stream), you can use the "Inspector" (in tools menu)  . depending your language, the shortcut can be :
[EN]:    <CTRL> + <SHIFT> + i
[FR] :   <CTRL> + <SHIFT> + c
or ...try  [F12]  to open the inspector

3 :  TOOLS /WEB Developer/ NET(=RED=RÉSEAU)
it is a part of the inspector ; it can help you to find an URL, and define the Headers (user-agent, referer, accept*)
[EN]:    <CTRL> + <SHIFT> + (I don't know)
[FR] :   <CTRL> + <SHIFT> + q
or ...try  [F12]  to open the inspector

! Check this VERY INTERESTING TUTORIAL of Streamwatcher !   with examples of use :

Quick change of referer

https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/change-referer-button/

(however I recommand you better to open the source code of the main page, and inside it, click on the link of the page where you want to go ... So you won't have any trouble of referer ...)

To find a stream in easy way, install ABP (Adblock Plus) in firefox an on the page with working stream, open List Blockable Items . In that list you can find your stream.

some useful FFX addons ( used by a famous one Wink )

Firefox ESR 52.x with the following addons
These two addons are for looking at webpage data
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/base64-decoder/
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/json-lite/

This one is for setting whatever header you want to send
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/modify-headers/

This one for quickly sending a User-Agent, The previous one can do the job, but this one is easier
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/user-agent-switcher-revived/
